Change is in the air this spring. As some of you may know, my column will no longer appear in the Chronicle Herald on Tuesday mornings. As a result, I plan on breathing some much needed new life into FeistyChef.ca. I am very excited about this. Please stay tuned.

I was very touched today by all the support. I am more motivated than ever to share my passion for good food and cooking. As I have not had the pleasure of meeting many of you, I thought it was appropriate to share a few of my thoughts on this quick video.
